NBTA Exhibitor Registration: Do not use the downloadable registration form if your company is an NBTA exhibitor and you want to register as booth personnel. Contact the person within your company who is responsible for your booth. Use these forms only if you want to register as an attendee.
Full Convention fees include all NBTA sponsored events for the length of the Convention.
New Member Direct: Any corporate travel professional who is not currently nor has ever been a member of NBTA. This fee includes a one-year membership to NBTA.
NBTA Member: Current members of NBTA who qualify under the Direct Member category of membership (e.g. corporate travel professionals, corporate travel managers, travel services manager), or the Allied Member category of membership (e.g. air carriers, hotels, surface transportation suppliers, etc.).
Chapter Direct Member: Special offer for chapter members.
Offer includes one year NBTA membership. The following are necessary for eligibility: 1) registrant cannot be nor has been a member of NBTA; and 2) registrant must be an active Direct member of a local chapter.
Direct Member Team of Five: Save $101 per person off the registration rate when you register five travel managers from your company. All registration forms must be sent together to receive the discount. At least one registrant must have a current membership with NBTA.
Direct Member’s Boss: Any supervisor or corporate officer of a Direct Member, who is not a member of NBTA, may attend at the discounted “Boss” rate. Verification may be required.
Active MPI/ISM Member: Current member of MPI or ISM.
Non-Exhibitor Supplier: Any supplier who is not a member of NBTA nor participating in the Exposition as an exhibitor.
Spouse/Guest: Any individual who is not associated with the travel industry may register as the guest of an attendee. Registration includes the Opening Reception, the Closing Reception and the trade show. Guests may not attend education sessions. (e.g. spouse, friend).
Refunds: All requests must be made in writing to NBTA. A full refund less a $75 administrative fee will be given for cancellations received on or before May 13, 2008. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received after May 13. No refunds will be given after July 27, 2008. A $75 administration fee will be applied to all refunds. There are no refunds for “no shows”.
