Non-Conflicting Exposition Hours To maximize your selling and networking time, Exposition hours do not conflict with education sessions or other Convention events.
Booth Fee NBTA Members: $22 per square foot Non-Members: $30 per square foot
Booth Height Single or inline booths are limited to 8’ in height. Island exhibits, 20’ x 20’ or larger, will be permitted to carry centered structures to a maximum height of 18’. Hanging signs are permitted (for Island booths only), and may be carried to a maximum height of 25’ (measuring from the top of the sign down).
Space Rental Includes: • Listing in printed Convention Program & Exposition Guide • One complimentary Convention registration, a $665 value, per 10’ x 10’ booth (maximum of 6 complimentary registrations for 20’ x 30’ or larger sized booths allowed) • One complimentary Exhibitor Boss registration • Booth identification sign, 7” x 44”, for all linear booths with company name • Pipe and draped back wall (8’ high) and side wall (3’ high) – inline booths only • Exhibiting company recognition in pre and post Convention promotional materials as well as at www.nbtaconvention.org • Wall-to-wall aisle carpeting in a neutral color, cleaned daily • A full 9.75 hours of no-conflict trade show time • Ability to use the NBTA Convention show logo in promotional materials • Company name included on virtual Exposition floor plan at www.nbtaconvention.org • Click through link to your homepage
Additional Exhibit Personnel All booth personnel (including any complimentary personnel) must be fully registered for the Convention. Registration information will be sent to the booth contact upon receipt of rental agreement or in January, whichever is later.
Housing Information NBTA has blocked rooms at several hotels surrounding the San Diego Convention Center. Shuttle busses will be provided from each of these hotels (except the Manchester Grand Hyatt, the Marriott San Diego Hotel & Marina, the Hilton Bayfront Hotel, the Omni, the Hilton Gaslamp Quarter, the Marriott Gaslamp Quarter, and the Hard Rock Hotel, which are within walking distance). The co-headquarters hotels are the Manchester Grand Hyatt, Marriott San Diego Hotel & Marina and the Hilton Bayfront Hotel. Detailed housing and other Convention information will be available soon.
