Introducing NBTA-TV
NBTA will produce a television program in conjunction with the 2008 NBTA International Convention & Exposition next month in Los Angeles.
This exciting new Convention addition will include news stories featuring:
- Convention highlights
- Member and leadership interviews
- New NBTA Products & Services such as the Airline RFP, On-line Technology Showcase, and new Hotel RFP and SMMP modules
- NBTA Global Affiliates and Partnerships: Institute of Supply Management, ABGEV, and Paragon Partners
- New initiatives: NBTA PAC activities, travel taxes, Foundation research, going green initiatives, and our expanding international Education program
NBTA-TV consists of four video news programs approximately 25 to 35 minutes long.
The first of the four episodes will be pre-produced prior to convention and contain information of what to expect over the next few days and nights. Each day of the convention a freshly produced video will be played on a variety of platforms to include:
- The majority of NBTA Convention Hotels: Los Angeles Marriott Downtown, Millennium Biltmore, Omni Hotel, Sheraton Hotel, Westin Bonaventure, Holiday Inn City Center, Wilshire Grand, Kyoto Grand Hotel
- Twenty shuttle buses to and from hotels and convention events
- Strategically placed LCD screens around the Los Angeles Convention Center and Trade Show
Additionally, videos will be streamed on the NBTA website and announced in NBTA marketing and communications programs.
NBTA-TV will reach thousands of convention attendees throughout their 4 day convention experience. There are a limited number of advertising opportunities available on NBTA-TV:
Option 1, $1000: A "Visit our Booth" invitation scrolled along the bottom of the video screen repeatedly throughout the Sunday, Monday Tuesday and Wednesday news programs. (see example photo at top of document) Maximum of 12 exhibitors allowed. Select Option 1
Option 2, $2,000: Sponsors logo shown on screen while NBTA news correspondent thanks the sponsor and asks viewers to stop by and visit them at their booth number. Limited to 5 NBTA Exhibitors. Select Option 2
Option 3, $4,000: Sponsor receives a 2 minute in booth interview (edited) or has the option to play their pre-produced commercial up to one minute in length during the daily program. Limited to 5 NBTA exhibitors. Booth interviews will run Tuesday and Wednesday. Pre-produced commercials will run all four days. Select Option 3
